You are invited to participate in the creation of a valid and reliable survey tool, based upon the concepts outlined in our book Extraordinary Groups—at NO CHARGE to your group!

Under development for 16 months, the second draft of this confidential survey tool is available online now through April 15. Less than 15 minutes will be needed to take the survey. If your team of 5-20 members decides to participate, you will receive:

• A draft invitation with a web link that will make it easy for group members to access the survey
• A feedback report for your group on 12 separate measures
• Guidance about how to effectively interpret the report and discuss how to move in the direction of other extraordinary groups
